It is 100% Rolex down to the original hands and crown - all parts are are original Rolex. It presents in gorgeous condition - a 9.7 out of 10. It has just finished a true expertly done restoration. Our photos couldn't begin to capture its condition level and attractiveness.
Its case presents as just short of perfect mint with a couple of faint hairlines on the back visible at certain angles and despite what the photos seem to suggest, all of the original serial number and Rolex coronet markings are strongly intact.
Its original dial has been meticulously restored - the printing could pass as Rolex factory done to the naked eye.
A Master Watchmaker has just overhauled the movement, which is clean. It continues to run strong and true, keeping time nearly on par with a new Cellini in our testing position.
For the finishing touch it has been equipped it with a brand new leather strap and aftermarket Rolex style buckle making it ready for immediate enjoyment.
Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate.
