This styles was created in collaboration with another Hudson Valley maker, Salt Still. This piece was made with a vintage black handwoven cloth from Burkina Faso, West Africa for the body of the jacket.  The back quilt patch and front patchwork band was created using natural cutch and iron dyes, then patchworked into a beautiful pattern.  This is a piece that is a true handmade slow fashion approach to design, utilizing the talents and skills of two like minded makers. A true one of a kind piece.
